7.2 If there is no suitable product or you do not agree, the transaction is cancelled and any payment made under the terms described will be refunded in full.<\/p>

Force Majeure<\/strong>
8.1 Neither party is liable for any insolvency due to random events of force majeure, such as war, strikes, accidents, fires, destruction of facilities, machinery or lack or unavailability of raw materials.<\/p>

8.2 The online store www.kassandrostours.gr and kassandrostours.gr are entitled to delay or cancel delivery or reduce the items to be delivered if the manufacture, acquisition or delivery of the products by normal means is hindered due to circumstances beyond their control.<\/p>

Order Cancellation & Returns Policy<\/strong>
9.1 The customer has the right to cancel his reservation for any organized excursion up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. In this case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded to the customer.<\/p>

9.2 If cancellation occurs in less than 24 hours<\/strong> before departure, the reservation amount is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

9.3 For cancellation, timely notification via telephone or email with proof of contact is required.<\/p>

9.4 The tourist office reserves the right to cancel or modify the excursion in cases of force majeure or insufficient number of participants. In such a case, an alternative date will be offered or the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.<\/p>

9.5 The full amount of the payment, less any shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 14 days of the cancellation date.<\/p>

10.1 The online store www.kassandrostours.gr and kassandrostours.gr will not be liable for any delay in delivery in any way caused or any resulting damages due to non-delivery.<\/p>

10.3 All products are insured at their value for transport damage. For the insurance to be valid the customer must check the condition of the product upon arrival and in case of any problem they must refuse the delivery or point out the problem.<\/p>

10.4 Delivery will be made to the entrance of the customer's home. If the items are bulky, delivery will be made to the sidewalk of the customer's home or any other place indicated by the customer and accessible by the transport vehicle.<\/p>
